My childhood friend got married a couple of years ago, and I took it upon myself to design her wedding invitations. The bird of paradise worked wonderfully with the casual tropical themed, outdoor wedding with teal and orange as the main colors. I had the invitations printed on a white linen paper, and then attached them to a piece of teal paper to give them a little more pizazz.

Once the invitations were printed, I adhered them to a teal cardstock that matched the envelopes and gave the invitations a more packaged look.
